UX is Fine is a game UI/UX agency that embeds with the world's largest studios. I joined in 2021 as UI Art Director, moved to UI/UX Director in 2023, and have led the agency as Creative Director since then.
Owning creative direction across concurrent AAA engagements, building and managing embedded teams, and running the operational infrastructure that lets the studio scale.

Embedded development with Mohawk Games as the solo external UI consultant on Old World
The work covered three parallel areas across the full engagement: the menu and HUD, a full icon system for the game's mechanics and flow, and FTUE tutorial animations introducing players to the game's systems. All three went into the product that shipped to Early Access in 2021 and to wide release in May 2022.

Lead UI Designer on a compressed engine rebuild, redesigning the full player-facing UI across PC, tablet, and mobile in nine months as Sparkypants took over the live title from Dire Wolf Digital.
